If you want to make a contribution to the National Bahá'í Fund, you can do so by using the Online Contribution System (OCS).
"Contributing to the Funds is both a spiritual privilege and a responsibility. The degree of sacrifice and love of the contributor is more important than the amount given." — The Universal House of Justice
"To give and to be generous are attributes of Mine; well is it with him that adorneth himself with My virtues." — Bahá'u'lláh
Since the conference will be held virtually this year, participants will not incur the typical expenses associated with attending in person, for example:
In brief, O ye friends of God, rest assured that in place of this contribution, your commerce, your agriculture and industries shall be blessed many times. Whosoever comes with one good act, God will give him tenfold. There is no doubt that the living Lord shall assist and confirm the generous soul. — 'Abdu'l-Bahá, to the friends in the East and the West (Star of the West, Vol. VI, No. 17, p. 139)
In light of the current public health crisis in the United States, the Spiritual Assembly of the Bahá'ís of Phoenix has decided that the 2020 Grand Canyon Bahá'í conference will be held virtually, beginning the evening of Friday, December 25, and ending Sunday, December 27. The focus of the conference will be on the Naw-Rúz 2020, Ridván 2020, 9 May 2020 and 22 July 2020 messages from the Universal House of Justice.
This year registration is still required, but there will be no charge for registration and viewing of the programs, which will be delivered online. However, as many of you are aware, each year 90% of the proceeds from the conference are contributed to the National Bahá'í Fund. Therefore we humbly encourage the friends to make a voluntary contribution as part of their conference registration. All of the proceeds will go to support the National Fund.
Please note that contributions to Bahá'í funds can only be accepted from registered members of the Bahá'í Faith.
Please check back frequently for more conference information.
