Vendor Information

The 35th Annual Grand Canyon Bahá’í Conference took place at the JW Marriott Desert Ridge Resort in Phoenix, Arizona from December 25-28, 2019. The dates and location of the 2020 conference will be announced later in the year. This conference has attracted an average of over 2,500 participants each year.

Instructions for Becoming a Vendor

Starting around September, the Grand Canyon Bahá’í Conference Committee will be inviting Vendors to submit proposals for Vendor Exhibits during this year’s conference. The Committee will do its best to accommodate as many vendors as possible. At that time, please follow these instructions to become a vendor at the Grand Canyon Bahá’í Conference:

  1. View a map of the vendor area showing current space availability
  2. Fill out and submit the Vendor Proposal using the online form
  3. You will receive an email confirming its receipt and a confirmation number
  4. Once the proposal is approved, you will receive an email telling you how to reserve and pay for your space

Conference Vendor Timeline

Online Vendor Proposals

  • Online proposal submission opens around September (exact date TBA).
  • Vendor proposals will be reviewed in the order received. Additional requests for information may delay approval.

Vendor Space Reservations

  • Space reservation deadline is in early December (exact date TBA)
  • 20% discount if vendor proposal is submitted by middle of October and vendor spaces are reserved and paid for by late October (exact dates TBA).
  • NOTE: Vendor spaces are not guaranteed until proposal is approved and vendor space reservation process is completed. Vendor spaces are reserved on a first come, first serve basis and must be paid in full at the time of reservation. The order in which vendor proposals are submitted or approved has no bearing on the order in which vendor spaces are reserved, and approval of a vendor proposal does not guarantee space availability.
